The early bird catches the worm

Hi, my name is Emma and I want to become a baker! My job starts in the night, which means I can go home early and have the whole afternoon for me.

Monotonous? No way!

I have best of both worlds! Ich bake bread and pastries but also learn to bake cakes and all the sweet stuff like chocolates etc. We always work as a team and I feel like part of a family.

Why Jetzer

We still work by hand and traditional. For me, what I find interesting are the special ovens we use.

Why this apprenticeship?

Well, I never get bored! There are so many products to make and so many people to make happy with a homemade sweet treat.
